    All steak subscriptions are delivered every Saturday.

  2. Cancellation or Pause Deadline:

    • To cancel or pause your subscription for the upcoming Saturday delivery, you must make the request before 11:59 PM on Tuesday of the same week.

    • Any requests made after this deadline will apply to the following week’s delivery.

  3. How to Cancel or Pause:

    • You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime through your online account.

    • Alternatively, you can contact our support team for assistance.

  4. Pausing Your Subscription:

    • Customers can pause their subscription for as long as needed without penalty. Simply reactivate your subscription when you're ready to resume enjoying our premium steaks.

  5. Missed Deadlines:

    • If a cancellation or pause request is submitted after the Tuesday deadline, the order will be processed as usual, and delivery will occur on Saturday.

    • No refunds will be issued for late requests.

  6. Resuming After a Pause:

    • Reactivate your subscription through your account or by contacting us. Make sure to reactivate before Tuesday at 11:59 PM to receive your steaks for the upcoming Saturday.
